December 31, 2010 - Melissa Randle, is now officially $25,000 wealthier than she was this morning. She is the Grand Prize Winner of Q Automotive's $50,000 Happy Q Year Giveaway that started at 2:30PM this afternoon. Melissa announced that the North Texas Food Bank would be her charity of choice to receive the $25,000 donation. A spokesperson for North Texas Food Bank stated that the $25,000 would feed 100,000 hungry Texans this Winter. When asked what Melissa would do with her $25,000, she said, "I'm going to pay off some bills." Smart decision.

Thomas Quintana, COO of Q Automotive, places the winning key fob into the crystal bowl. The key fob must open the trunk of a designated 2011 Malibu for a finalist to win.

Finalists are lined up in a pre-determined order and allowed to pick one key fob from the crystal bowl.

Television camera crews are standing by!

After 17 attempts to open the trunk, we make it to the finalist, Melissa Randle. She is asked her charity of choice, the North Texas Food Bank.

Melissa picks a key fob that may or may not open the trunk to the new 2011 Malibu.

In absolute amazement, Melissa's key fob opens the trunk to the 2011 Malibu. Great news, we have a winner.
 
Trunk opens up and balloons go everywhere.
